Laboratory 3D printer filament extruder

This mini laboratory 3D printing filament extrusion production line is suitable for University, research instituation, and 3D printing filament company, we have two models, one is PL25/25 with capacity 0.5-2kg/h, the other is 3-8kg/h, the whole line is small in size and easy to move, the filament accuracy can be controlled +-0.03mm, the whole line includes: 

1) Extruder:

Single or twin-screw extruder: Provides the capability to process various types of thermoplastic materials.

Precise temperature control zones: Essential for maintaining optimal temperatures during the extrusion process.

Screw Diameter: 25mm 

The diameter of the extruder screw will depend on the types of materials you plan to process.

2) Die Head:

Adjustable die head for precise filament diameter control.

Various die sizes to produce filaments of different diameters, for example, 1.75mm or 2.85mm, 3mm etc.

3) Cooling System:

Water or air cooling system to quickly cool and solidify the extruded filament.

Cooling bath or tank to maintain filament shape and dimensions.

4) Pulling/Cutting Unit:

Precise pulling mechanism to control filament diameter.

Cutting unit for producing uniform filament lengths.

5) Diameter Control and Measurement:

Diameter measurement and control system to ensure consistent filament diameter.

Laser or optical sensors for real-time monitoring.

6) Winding System:

Automatic winding system to spool the extruded filament onto spools or coils.

Tension control for even winding.

7) Heating System:

Pre-heating systems for the raw material pellets before extrusion.

8) Control System:

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for overall system control.

Touchscreen interface for user-friendly operation.

9) Material Compatibility:

Capable of processing a variety of thermoplastic materials commonly used in 3D printing, such as PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.
